Before starting our own company, we had worked in environments where clients could not reach us. Customers talked to agents in giant centers where their calls were lost. Technicians did not receive messages, so did not know the customer needed help. This frustrated everyone!

Common problems that customers called in for were billing error or a pest control problem at their location.

We understand the importance of making our clients our top priority. After all, we are customers, too. Although we were not in the market for pest control, we buy things every day.
