Weather causing rodent and pest problems?

It only takes 20 days for them to have babies and now you are infested with rodents. In 50 days the first litter can then have babies. If you wait till just before the holidays to do something you could have will over 100 mice that have to be removed. By the time you hear them they will be running across your ceilings disturbing your sleep. They are now living in your attic insulation and chewing on your wiring. This is a big expense when you could have prevented it by being proactive.
